Frontier’s step-by-step process starts with modifying one of our previous plans or creating a new layout that fits your family’s lifestyle. Once a base plan has been created, we work on maximizing scenic views and conserving as many specimen trees as possible. Then we move on to the next design phase.

The subsequent design phase then modifies the plan to accommodate existing and future furniture placement, develop desired elevations, and plan for special wiring and electrical layouts.
