therefore, we will do whatever it takes to provide the highest quality product and service
for you.
As a token of our appreciation, we have come up with the following Realtor Rewards Program
to reward the Realtors who show and sell our homes.
2007 Grand Prizes
Sales Grand Prize

Our Sales Grand Prize winner will enjoy 8 days and 7 nights in glamorous
Paris, France. This vacation package for two includes airfare and hotel accomodations
at a 4-star hotel.
The top five realtors with the greatest dollar amounts of sales will be placed
in a drawing for the Sales Grand Prize. Realtors must be present at Frontier's
Annual Realtor Appreciation Holiday Party to be eligible for the drawing.
Showings Grand Prize

Our Showings Grand Prize winner will enjoy 4 days and 3 nights in exotic, tropical
Cozumel, Mexico. This vacation package for two includes airfare and 4-star hotel accomodations.
The top five realtors with the greatest dollar amounts of sales will be placed
in a drawing for the Showings Grand Prize. Realtors must be present at Frontier's
Annual Realtor Appreciation Holiday Party to be eligible for the drawing.
Rewards for Showing Frontier Homes
$25 Gift Card
Realtors will receive a $25 gift card for every showing.
$200 Gift Card
On your fifth showing, you will receive an additional $200 gift card.
San Luis Resort Vacation Package
On your tenth showing, you will receive an additional relaxing 3-day/2-night
beachfront vacation package at the San Luis Resort in Galveston Island.
Note on showing counts:
Showing counts are based on the number of UNIQUE clients registered. For example, if
one client is shown four houses, those four house showings only count as one showing.
Commission on Custom Build Jobs
Are you tired of waiting 9 months or more after you sign a contract for a new build job to get paid?
We don't want you to have to wait that long either. You have done the hard part, so we feel
you should enjoy the benefits from your hard work sooner than later.
Therefore, Frontier will now pay 1/3 of your commission when your client signs a contract
to build a new home with Frontier.

4th Annual Realtor Appreciation Holiday Party
Realtors are an integral part of Frontier Custom Builders' sales throughout the year.
To show our appreciation of their hard word and dedication, Frontier holds a Realtor
Appreciation Holiday Party at the end of every year. This year the event will be held
on December 12, 2006, in our new custom home section in Fairfield.
